Hi friends, I’m Elise. Born and raised in the Bay Area, I now call the Midwest home, though my heart is always chasing the places I have yet to explore.

I like to spend as much time as possible traveling with my better half, Dan. After years of “market research” (aka filling my iPhone with thousands of travel photos and videos), I decided it was finally time to start this blog to share the towns, trails, and treats I’ve discovered along the way.

As a kinkeeper at heart, I’m drawn to local traditions, festivals, and cuisine that make travel feel meaningful. From Maui to Maine and everywhere in between, I’m excited to bring you along for the journey.
