ABOUT THE KINKEEPER

Hi friends, I’m Elise. I’m forever channeling my fictional icon Miss Rumphius by traveling the world and doing my best to make the world a more beautiful place. Born and raised in the Bay Area, I now call the Midwest home, though my heart is always chasing the places I have yet to explore.

I like to spend as much time as possible travelling with my better half, Dan. After years of “market research” (aka filling my iPhone with thousands of travel photos and videos), and recently finding myself between jobs, I finally decided it was time to start this blog, a place to share the trails, treats, and towns I’ve discovered along the way.
